Software Updates
TunnelBar may check for software updates using Sparkle. Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, and feature changes.
No Warranty
TunnelBar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Hosting Playground Inc does not warrant that TunnelBar will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hosting Playground Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or service interruption arising from your use of TunnelBar.
Changes
Hosting Playground Inc may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TunnelBar after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
